Report a translation problem
The first thing we'd advise is starting in a Clean Boot, as this will stop any processes that aren't to do with Windows. You can do this through the steps here[support.microsoft.com]
If the game continues to not close properly, please try verifying the game files. This will check for any missing or corrupted files and replace them. You can do this through the steps here

I imagine that this would need to be a patch to Afterburner to fix this, it may be worth contact them regarding this. As they may not be aware of these issues.
