Toggle. It's easier to aim without the pressure I have to keep when holding.

Toggle is annoying as hell, don't want to tunnel and keep clicking. Hold is better, so you can hipfire when an enemy is close enough to you.

Used to toggle a while ago,but it can really mess up if you panic and pressed the right button too many times. Now I just use hold just so I have more control over the mouse (although it's still harder to use than toggle)
