Should i buy IQ elite skin?

I didnt played IQ very much.But her elite skin looks cool.I think i can start to playing her.Is she good or worth it ?

Consider me the opposite. I love playing IQ but her elite is a no go for me.

IQ is pretty good, but the elite skin is a big no no from me. I recommend you to buy the Mute elite (or anything else YOU want). We shouldnt be the ones deciding about how you need to spend your money. But no, i dont recommend her elite skin for IQ, i like out of the box designs, but thats just awful. The mvp animation isnt that good either.

Only get Elite on ops u play. This is the lesson I learned after 1k hours.
