I keep getting put into Asian servers
im from Australia and i have my data centre on the correct option but only when i play ranked i get put in Asian servers

please fix

Can't fix if the playerbase is too low in your Area for Rank that Matchmaking has to go outside your Area.

You can change your server location via the editor. I am from europe and ubisoft was throwing me on the sbr (south brazil) server.
go to: C:\User\Userdata\owndocuments\myGames\Rainbowsix\UplayID
-the UplayID should be just a long number
-Delete this Folder
-start the game and log in
-go back to the folder location and you will find a "GameSettings.Ini"
-open with editor
-In the lower part you will find

[ONLINE]
;DataCenterHint =>
; default 'ping based'
; eus 'us east'
; cus 'us central'
; scus 'us south central'
; wus 'us west'
; sbr 'brazil south'
; neu 'europe north'
; weu 'europe west'
; eas 'asia east'
; seas 'asia south east'
; seau 'australia east'
; wja 'japan west'
DataCenterHint=default


-change DataCenterHint=default to DataCenterHint=seau

-save changes
