Since BMI is the best way to check if some is obesed or not XD Really noone takes bmi serious today its obsolete as a checking mechanism
Yes she isnt "normal" or trained and thos bigger as others, but she is way from fat and obese (ever seen these people hell they are as wide as they are high)

tbh I am not really sure if this is mostly muscle but could be but still she has a bit of fat on her arms (trained would look a bit different) but she is far away from being fat.

You can tell she didnt hust by her legs shes like the zarya of siege muscle in some areas and chunky in others

Just compare Valkyrie's arms (with muscles) and Gridlock's arms (with a round shaped fat around). Gridlock isn't only a body builder like someone of you said, she has muscle AND fat too.
