Frame Rate capped at 60FPS

So my R6 is capped at 60 FPS, on the menu screen it's perfectly fine, 144 fps but as soon as I get into a game it caps at 60. I've literally tried everything, I've restarted the game, I've restarted my PC, I've tried changing the GameSetting.ini, I've changed my In-game v-sync and nvidia v-sync, I've tried updated my drivers, I've tried repairing the game files, I've tried disabling steam overlay, I've tried disabling fullscreen optimisation, I've literally done everything and ti still doesn't work. The only thing I haven't done that I can think of is re-installing but I doubt that'll help. Fix your game Ubi.

EDIT: It was working fine 2 hours ago and it suddenly changed to 60 fps, I have been playing on 144FPS Borderless window for about 2 years now and now this problem pops up.

did you set your montor to 144 hz? try set sync ingame to 1 frame not half frame

r6 has a bug for most ussers in borderless its forced to 60hz. if you cant goto 144 in fullscreen make sure your geforce drivers are up to date.

I've been using borderless window since I started playing r6 at 144fps and only now then this problem appears and I already checked for updates on my graphics card and geforce drivers

bro this happened to me twice sooo F**king annoying. i think i had to reinstall the Nividia drivers. one day after a Nividia driver update it capped me at 60 fps

Game's Fault, my PC is fine, tried other games and the frame rate is still 144FPS on Borderless
