When i started playing i didnt like how obscuring the acog was, but as i said i feel more akward with 1x now.
Also it helps you get disgusting line of sites where you can just ping them in their head with ease
Ubi that they're trying to take them from attackers.
Idk, most engagement i have are probably beyond 10 m. And with 1x im looking for a 4 pixel head moving, bobbing up n down and leanspamming side to side. And with 90% of engagements being over between first and third shot, i prefeer acog were i can actually see the head :p
Also imo its rare that you are looking for enemys across the whole screen, most of the time you know aproximatly were enemys are.
I feel the same way. 1x sights aren't really any more benefitial for mid to close range. The housings across the board are so close to the reticle compared to the ACOG. Because the overall view is so far away from the actual sight, you end up obscuring large amount of your target at close to mid range.
