Bought Advanced Edition, Now Doesn't Exist?
Hey everyone, two days ago I bought the advanced edition of this game thinking I'd get a handful of operators off the get go. Get the game downloaded after the first day, start playing today and I have nothing but 10 Outbreak packs and 600 rbucks(?) can't remember what they're called. So I check the steam store and the ubistore to make sure of what I was supposed to get, and the advanced edition is gone. Who should I email to get my stuff or some cash back for the game?

You should have all the base operators unlocked and the R6 credits to buy two Dlc Operators.

If you still want a refund and fall within the guidelines you can request one via steam support.

That's what the advanced edition gives you. Standard edition + 10 outbreak packs + 600 R6 credits.

It's not Ubisoft's fault you didn't read carefully before making your purchase.
For what it's worth, those 10 Outbreak packs you got can no longer be purchased by anyone going forward so I guess in that sense you at least have 10 rare cosmetic items.

You can get a standard steam refund through the normal method, then buy the deluxe edition. It’s likely that you buying the game before yesterdays switch but having not logged in until after the switch meant that you got put onto the new system.

Worst case scenario you had to grind the base ops but they’re cheap as chips, still recommend getting deluxe while you can for the base and y1 ops

Why you are not refunding the game? And buy the edition you like/need.

Kind of is Ubis fault it seems, advanced edition, at the time of it being still available, gave you all of the base 20 ops as well the outbreak packs and 600 R6. There’s no way he bought advanced after the switch for it to be his fault since advanced is completely gone

You are misunderstanding his situation. He bought the Advanced edition prior to the switch.

I know. Having bought advanced edition multiple times for friends, before the switch, advanced edition unlocked all base 20 ops instantly as well as the packs and credits. That is what he believed he would get when he purchased it, to now have zero ops and have to spend 20k renown to get them 20 ops is wrong. Luckily can be fixed quite easily by refunding it and buying the deluxe edition
