If you still want a refund and fall within the guidelines you can request one via steam support.
It's not Ubisoft's fault you didn't read carefully before making your purchase.
For what it's worth, those 10 Outbreak packs you got can no longer be purchased by anyone going forward so I guess in that sense you at least have 10 rare cosmetic items.
Worst case scenario you had to grind the base ops but they’re cheap as chips, still recommend getting deluxe while you can for the base and y1 ops
Kind of is Ubis fault it seems, advanced edition, at the time of it being still available, gave you all of the base 20 ops as well the outbreak packs and 600 R6. There’s no way he bought advanced after the switch for it to be his fault since advanced is completely gone
I know. Having bought advanced edition multiple times for friends, before the switch, advanced edition unlocked all base 20 ops instantly as well as the packs and credits. That is what he believed he would get when he purchased it, to now have zero ops and have to spend 20k renown to get them 20 ops is wrong. Luckily can be fixed quite easily by refunding it and buying the deluxe edition
