Getting boosted by a cheater? Punishments?

So cheaters get banned by all the Anti-Cheats that R6S has. But how do players who get boosted by a cheater get punished? How does someone who wins 1 game because of a cheater get punished, and how does someone who wins 50 games because of a cheater get punished?

if you had bronze 4 and a cheater boosted you to gold you will get banned

If you queue all the time with a cheater
and the cheater will get banned
you will be gone for 30days

if it happend a second time you will be gone forever.

but if you got a cheater in your team (dont know it) then you dont get any punishment
but if you do know it then you should teamkill him , if you have any good brain left.

if you're queue with a cheater for 1 match

i don't know if that's legal or not.

With video proof, even 1 match is enough to get you banned if Ubi support verify that the team recorded was on a squad with the cheater, the ban is 15day long as far I'm aware on 1st offense, 2nd offense and you're perma banned.

Being boosted by a cheater is actually against the Code of Conduct [rainbow6.ubisoft.com].

"Forbidden Conduct- The purchase of in Game benefits, including but not limited to “MMR boosting services” from unlicensed vendors, as well as the promotion of such services."

Purposely queuing with a player that is cheating is a quick and easy way to find yourself banned.

Good, should be bannable, as much as like smurfing with intention to bash newer players to fill up their ego meter

Can smurfing be punishable also pls

Why would smurfing be punishable? There are very few "smurfs" who intentionally ruin people's silver/gold games which is where most people are. The only ones I know of are people who 5 stack throw all the way to copper, which pretty much nobody (rightfully) cares about anyways.

I don't blame some types of smurfing, there are people that come from console, I respect that, there can even be people that have been banned due toxic behaviour, well, could be worse, but cheaters that got banned and buy new account or people smurfing purposedly to bash less experienced players and then say ez at the end of the game? Not ok

First offense: you lose all rewards from the season you got boosted on + 30 day ban.
Second or an hard first offense: perma ban and no chance on recovering your account anymore.

I am not sure, but heard people getting banned for playing with an cheater even if they only played a single round with those. So i suggest not playing with an random group, you don't know about.
