imo the ACOG is easier to headshot. You really have to focus on small bursts and tight angles though, as the recoil can escalate quickly.

I can control recoil, but the mp5 is a headshot machine if you can aim well enough with it.

vertical grip, muzzle break, acog. best setup to do one taps and the recoil isnt that annoying so spraying is also managable
