Why was the Gris charm removed?

It was my favorite charm, and now it appears to be no longer in the game. Its just gone. I can't put it on any gun. I know it was free, but I'm really upset that I can't use it anymore.

As you can see, I do not have the charm. I most defently did before. The only conclusion I can think of is that either it was removed, or Ubi deleted it from my account. Neither make any sense. Either way, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

Yeah, Support would be your best bet. I'm not aware the charm was removed, so they're bound to have a bit more information about this than I do.

If you actually paid attention you can see that they're all different. Don't make an fool of yourself.

Except the 2 screenshots of Japan 2020 charms. Just a small mistake, nothing to worry about.

For some odd reason I am also missing the Gris charm. I remember I got and equip it on Ela´s weapon.

I think it looks the best out of 99% of the charms. Besides, I liked the actual game its for.
