As the others have mentioned, I don't think a mechanic like that would fit well within Siege. But thanks for the suggestion regardless!

That'd make a lot of maps even more unbalanced, which'd mean even more work for the Developers, while risking the loss of some playerbase, which is also counter-productive. Something, that Ubisoft will rather stay out of.

The suggestion is hella unrealistic.
Try it yourself, once you get around 50 kg or more of the equipment or weapons. I believe, you'll barely move - I'm reffering to Fuze, Montagne, and such ones. That could also make them to just break through the floor they hop in on to, I guess.

That's the reality, but nobody would like it, to play with those operators, if it ever gets implemented.

Without the equipment, and just three magazines or so for the primary weapon, it may be possible.
For ex., Ash may be able to perform those slides, I suppose. I don't really remember her weight, which'd take a really important thing in such cases, just like the speed of the operator, while running.

Fuze would be forced to throw away his cluster charge, helmet, grenades, LMG, a lot of magazines, and to start changing his outfit (body-top clothes off, so he'll weight less). Afterwards, he may also perform a slide, dependable on how much muscular he is; The more muscular and unable to run fast, the more decreased chance to perform the slide.
