Which old cosmetic could get a "refresh"?/which elite skins are bad?

I would say the Blitz headgear in my profil pic.

All the elites are kinda trash imho, not worth the money. Just compare the quality and content you get for an elite skin compared to a legendary/ultimate skin in league of legends as an example

All except Thatcher and Lesion. Would be nice if Ubisoft made 2 lines of elites ones like "hobby" and military style elites, but modern (no retro that goes way too in past).
