Only thing we got in CS:GO was a Badge and Prime. But F2Pers can earn Prime.

Ubi already responded on this forum plenty of times, R6 DEVS DOES NOT PLAN F2P MODEL IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Also its just one dev saying he wants that and that he believes that other people want it too, nothing special. If Ubi comes out thinking about F2P just voice your opinion about it :P

You're gonna want it to go free to play when the playerbase starts declining and you need 20 minutes to find a casual match.
