The SMG12 has awful recoil but we long as you land the first few shots that’s usually all you need
The C75 is more consistent and is easier to control the recoil when you go full auto. The downside is the restrictive iron sites and other optics cannot be used.
The SMG 12 has superior fire rate and damage. However this comes at the cost of significantly higher recoil and random deviation especially when it's used in full auto. My advice is to shoot it in short bursts if you are going to use the SMG 12.
I personally run the SMG-12 (it's my favorite sidearm in the game!) I stopped running it after the nerf and only recently picked it back up since I'm finding it easier to control recoil. I would recommend giving it a shot as well!
CZ = bad sights
SMG12 = bad recoil
