he is kinda average, his guns are decent but his gadget takes a lot of time to setup and actually get the best out of it. if u are in a lower level he isnt that good, in higher levels he is decent

I personally think Mozzie is in a good spot at the moment, and don't really think there are many changes warranted for his kit at the moment. His gadget is very strong but you have to know where to use it.
