Rebinding the rappel key
Why add the new option to dismount if I can't rebind the key?

i hate not being able to rebind the key but from what i was told by ubi the majority of players wanted this feature. i have to press three effing keys just to do one effing action!

If you are trying to rebind the exit rappel function:
