They are 100% real players. This comes into play when we discover a new cheat. We monitor for awhile to ensure markers, and then do a ban wave.

gonna tell you to be more easy:had 1 number on 2 acc,second acc got hacked and i create new,but i didn't know what if i have same number on both acc will happen something,soo the guy who hack my acc use cheats,and i got banned too :)
