Ela's Grzmot mines should disintegrate 5 seconds after deployment

I see a lot of people being unhappy about the Ela nerf that is coming but it's really not surprising. She currently has a beast of a weapon and her unique gadget has no realistic counters while being super strong.

Instead of nerfing her gun to oblivion, or reducing her utility, I personally think they should change the way her grzmot mines work. Currently, you can just toss your grzmot mines above doors or windows and pretty much guarantee the enemy will be stunned. This makes her the strongest trap operator currently in the game.

Before you say anything, shock drones are not a reliable counter. EMPs are too valuable to waste on Grzmot mines. Same goes for Grenades and other explosives like Ash charges, or Zofia's impacts.

So is it any wonder then that Ubisoft feels the need to nerf her weapon to this degree? By adding a disintegration mechanic, Ela will no longer just be able to throw her mines and benefit so easily. You will actually have to use it more like how you would use flash bangs which is still pretty good. You could also still use it to slow down attackers, but camping a spot with grzmot mines covering you for the entire round would no longer be an option.

Most importantly, this will allow Ubisoft to actually make her gun decent instead of needing to nerf it so much. Feel free to tell me how I'm wrong below.

No i havent played in awhile. Last i played she was awfull however as i stated above. But i dont think she needs another nerf, amusing how they keep nerfing the same operator.

they literally removed 80% of her recoil in the last patch lmao
