Can't buy the Tom Y3 + Y2 Operators DLC on Steam

Is it just me or is it not possible any more to buy any of the pre-Y5 operator packs?

I'm beginning to feel like I might have made a mistake buying the game on steam. The ubisoft store had clear versions with different operator sets.

Is there another way to get operators besides buying with money in-game?

Nope. The game is a Uplay game. They made a deal with steam to sell it on their platform, but likely only selling the latest year. They don't make as much money on steam sales because steam takes a cut from it. They probably only sell the big DLC's to improve sales overall but they don't do previous years bundles.

Wait, by in game money do you mean the renoun or with a credit card? Because you can buy the DLC straight off UPlays website, not just through steam or in the game. You can buy DLC from Uplay even if you have a steam version of the game.
