Will Oryx be able to get on the roof from the Bar area as there is a hatch right there and also one on the stair case!!??!?!?!?!?!?!

No, Oryx will not be able to jump through hatches leading to the roof. On the TTS there was an exploit where he could jump up the hatch on Tower, but that's since been removed.

I could climb onto the roof on Tower in TTS. Either of the two main hatches in the corridor, then up the ladder to the roof without a problem. Will likely be patched out.

Oryx being able to climb to places he's not supposed to be will be patched out, even though climbing up some hatches may cause some design breaking issues, being able to climb outside or into attacker territory is an unintended side affect and will be rectified.
