First ban at 30 minutes is fine, but it shouldn't reset in a day it should be a week before it does. Right now people will leave during a ranked game and think "30 min? who cares ill go get food. etc." The next day they can do the same thing with no consequence. If they logged on the next day and knew "oh if i pull that same bs today I get banned for a bit longer." It should be a 30 min ban, then an hour, then a day, then 3, then a week, then a month. Each time you progress in a tier it resets the cool down of it resetting. So if I wait a day for a ban to lift, then I need to wait 7 days after the ban is lifted before I do that again or I am going to get banned for 3 days.
Would you rather they just ignore you outright instead of actually gathering feedback?
I saw it! My tasks at Ubi require me to do quite a bit of stuff, so I'm not able to reply to some threads as quickly as I may like to. There definitely has been some discussion around the community that ban sanctions should be more severe for those who continue to leave matches.
I've passed the feedback along to the team, but at this time I don't have anything to share. I will say this though, the more the community speaks out on wanting this change, the more I have to bring to the dev team at the end of the week.
