Matchmaking algorithm needs to be retweeked

I am getting stacked against a team full of either gold or plats, while my team is either unranked or bronze. The matchmaking is creating unfair pairings for the players.

But it's highly possible in casual. I get this a lot and it's not enjoyable.

^ Matchmaking in casual are based on your in game level.
