I love to play PDW with silencer. It still has a good dps and you can mag dump easy + you see better, thanks to the silencer (no flashes).
But for serious play, C7E
Each gun has its pros and cons (as listed above), but I'd give the slightest edge to the C7E. Although, the PDW is extremely solid and has very little recoil.
I use C7E with acog for long range assignments and holding angles, while PDW9 for rushing with 1x sight and angled grip
50 bullets are good enough for taking a few targets down before needing to reload, but C7E has more overall damage but less bullets per mag
