Server problems(?)

I was just playing casual and my ping was 90-100 steady. Yet I could not place my ADS as Jager, Neither could I reinforce the walls. Moreover, my position was not getting updated on the server because I kept coming back to same place even though I ran across two rooms on my screen. I thought it was ping spike but ping was constant.Other players also experienced this so it wasn't my ISP's problem. Anybody experiencing such thing ?
