Depends of your play style but I'd say that both Caveira and Vigil are the best roamers right now.

Depends on your playstyle, with mozzie, you can literally hunt attackers with the drones that you steal and with alibi, you can trick them into shooting your prisma or even hiding as a prisma

Alibi prisma is easy to counter.


Caveira is THE roamer.
Mozzie is quite good aswell if you use his drone-slaves right.

To answer your question... Mozzie imo is better out of the two that you asked about. He has a good kit which allows you to steal enemies drones, deny enemy droning, and you can do a hybrid type of roaming where you use ur drones to roam for you.

I also like to play as vigil on some maps. He is really good for roaming but he's more selfish when it comes to the kit (you don't bring much value to your team with your ability). Ofc granted if you can roam and kill the enemy team then that won't matter but mozzie is more of a safe pick when it comes to roaming.

Roaming is overall a high risk/high reward type ordeal. You can have a lot of impact if you can kill or delay the enemy team, or you can be useless for your team. Vigil and Caviera are the most risky roamers to play. While Mozzie is more of a safer pick because your team could also utilize the stolen drones.

I feel like you can't go wrong with either. When Alibi first came out, a lot of players used her prismas for a "smoke and mirrors" strat, and while there are some who still do that, her gadget is mostly used as distraction. If you have an enemy disctracted by a prisma for even a second and you're able to capitalize on that, it'll be huge for your team. Personally, I like to play her closer to site since I usually use my prismas on, or near site.

Mozzie on the other hand, is someone you can deep roam a ton with. If you're able to capture a few drones with his pests, you can set them up in popular areas where the Attackers push from and go for some late round flanks.

If we're basing things around weaponry, I'd give the edge to Alibi. Both Mozzie and Alibi's weapons have little-to-know recoil, but the fire rate on her MX4 is among the best... however Mozzie wins best reload animation with the Commando.
