Depends on your playstyle.
If you can't even imagine each round taking 3 minutes +, then I'd say, Vigil and Zofia.

Zofia is basically a clone of Ash with immune concussion grenades (Jäger's Defense System doesn't destroy them), and can equip a Claymore.

Her armor is on a higher level, and overall... Her weapons are kinda equal too.
I suppose, you do use R4-C with Ash, which has a higher fire rate, as well as the lower reloading time, but that's it.

So, it's all up to you.

Dokkaebi is a good one too, but she's not quite the ideal one, if you're looking for faster matches, as hacking the cameras and tracking through them is, many times, a must, as the advantage it does provide is simply too huge to ignore.
Not to mention the famous BOSG, CZ, and SMG-12.
EBR is also hella good, but BOSG seems to be more popular.
