Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Any tips for a shakey player
So long story short, when Im calm and collected (which is very rare) I can shred entire teams and carry through games like nothing. However when I try to concentrate too hard I get nervous and get shakey hands and stuff that prevents me from doing good literally the rest of the day.

Does anyone have any tips to get around this? should I listen to music or something? maybe turn the volume down? I've noticed that when I play with friends that I do perfectly fine when neither of us are in any way worried about winning and we're just screwing off. But when ANYONE says "Alright lets try to win" I immediately lose pretty much every drop of skill I have. Cant aim, can barely shoot, fumble my keys etc.

I usually listen to Russian Hardbass, it really does help improve performance.

Be glad that you are not a doctor and someone says : Alright, let's try to save this guy ;-) I got shaky hands too, in many pvp games. Sometimes I think it's too often, because I really try to focus, and then my hands start to shake and sweat. And most of that time I fock up. It's cool bro, just realize its a video game and it will be okay. And btw, I don't prefer to listen to a music while playing R6, it's distracting me. When I don't know what to do, I just stop for a second, listen to any sound clues, or fire, try to find best path possible either to kill or push objective, or just rally with my team and go together.

I mean its a bit harder than that when my entire team gets cav'd after I took out everyone else and start shaking when she interogates.

I generally do good, its just that random situations cuase me to get nervous and then I'm screwed for the rest of the day.

I'm just hoping someone else with this problem has a solution that can help. For now I'll try the puasing and breathing etc.

Have u tried alcohol? ;-D When I play games I drink from time to time. With few friends we even did get drunk and played R6 as a team. Shaky hands? Never again! Heh, and I think I do pretty good job, even when Im drunk

Pick a playstyle that accommodates it. I am completely ass at aiming, I also have fairly ♥♥♥♥ internet, so I am force to try and flank people.

Less caffeine should help, it helped me + a good sleep schedule of between 7-9 hs.

Stop shaking, that's the key. Don't take video games as the sort of thing to level up your excitement or stress.

So?

That means it's illegal for him to drink alcoholic beverages and I really do not condone drinking alcoholic beverages. Don't listen to the alleged alcoholics that say stuff like alcohols help them play better, @MelodiusBlue, they're all lies. I know I might sound like I'm your dad or something, but regardless of your age, do not drink alcoholic beverages, especially not in a regular basis. You're 17, you have a long way to go, don't ruin it.

Trust me I honestly have no plan to drink, smoke or snort literally anything suggestive in my life.

I just want a tip to stop getting nervous in this game. Im actually surprisingly good when I'm calm and enjoying the game. Literally like diamond level good when I watch my clips. My issue is only when I get nervous and I immediately drop to copper 4 at best

I'm glad, man. Ok, so to answer your question, when I start getting nervous on this game, especially after your team just got steamrolled, I decrease my mouse sensitivity so even though I would shake, the low sensitivity of the mouse would compensate for it. I do that, and I do that often, when I feel overwhelmed on any FPS games, be it a single player, co-op, or competitive multiplayer and it's helped me through that a lot.

I think I'll actually try that out, provided I can remember to do so

Assuming you have alcohol in your home from family members like beer bottles or a berevrage, that's what Nyperon meant to say pretty much. But otherwise, it's pointless. I'd only drink if I want to feel tired.

I had that when I first started playing CS:GO competetive back in 2015, just takes time to get over.
