Well I personally don't use the meta abusing ops, until the other team uses them. I don't spawn peek or do run outs, unless the other team does it.
But I go full meta ops on Thunt realistic lone wolf, because it's fun to floor bang / wall bangs bombers & flankers from a few rooms away, mag dump at them with finka 0 recoil boost, flash the ♥♥♥♥ out of them with blitz, etc.
In Thunt coop, I only bring meta ops on realistic disarm bomb or on article 5 if the yellow smoke fog, bugs and it's bright af or dark af.

Or if were farming reown at house extract hostage, I'll bring lion to fast up the farming & extraction of the hostage.
