This game does not support family sharing.
It requires a third party account that is not shared (Uplay)

do you mean create a third steam account or create a third uplay account?

No, third party means it is not Steam themselves, but another service/enterprise.

Games that use another services out of Steam can't be family shared. So you need to purchase the game with your account, and your family member would need another copy of the game.

You cant share a copy of siege on multiple accounts, since its Uplay, not steam. Just available on steam.

Once you purchased RB6 on steam, you have to link it to your uplay account with the same steam account you bought it for. RB6 can't be shared since your first account is already linked with you uplay account. 1 game for 1 steam and for 1 uplay account. Even if you open RB6 on a different steam account, you'll still have to log-in the same Uplay account that's linked to your 1st steam account that you used to pay for RB6.

TLDR, you can only play RB6 with the same steam account you used to buy it after linking said steam account to Uplay.

If you just bought it from steam, open game and it'll direct you to Uplay account where you have to link your steam to it.

Have you already logged in on uplay? If yes, and still no game there, try again until it asks you. Or check the internet how to manually link steam with siege to your uplay account.
