My game is lagging for no reason

So basically im playing on my normal settings for like 4 months but yesterday my game started to lag and today even more for no reason. I even turned everything on low but still the same lag, can someone help my out why my game lags for no reason ? Thanks

I have an i7 9700K, 1080ti, 16gb of ram 3000mhz fix the framerate was fine before update. Fix it.
