Can't buy r6 credits....

So I was gonna buy some r6 credits and then obviously it wouldn't let me, it said the store is currently unavailable. Yes I did reset my router a couple of times reset my pc even redownloaded ubisoft. Nothing worked. Then I hopped on one of my other accounts and tried buying r6 credits on there and IT WORKED. I'm just confused on why it's not working on here. And also I tried buying from mmorg (which i've used before and I like there website) and they said this

"You purchased credits or opened trade link within 15 days, so we couldn't add credits to you now. If you can wait for 15 days, we will try again to process to your order in 15 days. If not, we will refund."

I asked for a refund but overall they I didn't buy r6 credits for months nor don't even know what a trade link is (assuming for steam but don't have one setup nor clicked on one)

Can anyone help please....

This is my sencond problem. First transaction at 24 Jan, i cant buy R6 Credits. And has same problem. I send an email to ubisoft support. And today i have 2 transaction, first payment has no problem. But in second payment, i got this problem again. Idk why.

same problem man. For me its because I got banned in Nov for 7 days because of buying Cheap R6 credits from third party sites. Now they have blocked the ability to buy credits from the store on my account.. I tried using another account and it works. same for my frnd from UK.

I talked to UBI support and they say its a bug that is targetting accounts who had that 7 day lock out. They said to wait for 48hrs before trying to make new transactions and remove any cards and stuff inside steam. And dont make any transaction untill 48 hours and it shud be fixed. Its a known bug they said, Lets hope of the best.

it would make sense because i had the 7 days block but i have already waited for 48 hours and stilldidnt work for me :(

it would make sense because i had the 7 days block but i have already waited for 48 hours and stilldidnt work for me :(

not try to make purchase for 48hrs. AFter 48 hrs try. Before that dont try.
