core game mechanics: you shoot people, only 1 death, you play with teams....

In all seriousness, the closest you can find is probably custom games in other shooters, hardcore mode something like from cod for instance.

R6 is pretty unique in terms of sieging in an small map/arena.

Any other multiplayer shooter has guns that shoot in multiplayer. If you want something more similar you can play this game.

Look for Ready or Not (not released yet) there's also Ground Branch but it's in EA (I don't think it has MP yet but it's made by some devs that made the early Rainbow Six games, very tactical game and the customization is really great, you can choose where and which attachments you want to put)
, another shooter I'm looking forward is Insurgency Sandstorm, might be a bit more hardcore but I enjoyed the beta a lot, these are the closest games you can get with Siege imo

America's Army Proving Grounds is still THE BEST fps game out there hands down.
Technically perfect. Impossible to cheat on. Nice community. Tactically deep.
Name an aspect: it excels on that.

Of course it lacks of esthetic contents like skins or lootboxes and other stuff for kids, which is why is a game "under the radars" but still... if you're over like 20yo you'll love it.
