Stuck on 30 FPS

So I've recently purchased the game, and for the first 5 hours it worked great- stable FPS, not lag etc.
However, after that my game seems to be stuck on 30 fps- no matter if I run it on low or ultra. It moves between 29 to 37, depending on quality, but no more. I have a 60hz screen and no sort of V-Sync or anything is on.
What's more weird is, it only happens when I'm in a match. While in the main menu, or the operator select screen, it runs on 60.

Only happens in this game. I can run Witcher 3 on high with ~60fps.
i5-6600k, GTX 960, 16GB ram.

This also happened to me. I have a 7th Gen I7, A GTX 1050, And 8 GB Of Ram. I was playing ranked and then the game crashed. When i rejoined my fps is stuck on 30-45 fps on any settings Regardless when it usually runs at 60 FPS on Very High - Ultra

I also had this problem in the past when someone messages me on steam my game drops from its 75fps to 30 fps...when i close the window where someone messaged me it returns to normal.
But ever since GRIM SKY Droped i dont have the problem anymore.

Vsync is off, Everything is at the settings when the game used to run at around 60 FPS on Very-High - Ultra. Then after the crash the game runs at only 30 fps Regardless of the settings preference. Other games runs fine and i'm not encountering any issues there. This only happens to R6. I'm having the same issue as the author of the post.

can you write your settings?

Basically a combination between very high and ultra with v-sync off
