thought it was just some fun in the chat but no I was baited into being ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ubi chat filter. what does sp1cy even mean?

sp1c is also banned, because its a bypass to sp.ic
so when you say sp1cy, the system just sees your trying to bypass sp.ic

you are still allowed to say spice and spicy

Turn it off in game settings and stop bothering. Ubisoft and their methods how to stop toxicity are the best as you can see.
