why cant i see peoples picture or level in ranked

I got the feel that if it doesn't reduce the team killing of lvl 20 players (hiding their lvl & picture) ubi will start giving the players a option to hide their stats.

I haven't played ranked matches yet we can't see other players statistics or pictures? Only in casuals?

I apologize it it sounds like you tk lvl 20, i express myself wrong on that sentence. The point i was trying to made is, Ubi is doing this to reduce the tk on "new ranked players" & abandon of those matches imo. But if this didn't bring it results to ubi, they will probably give all the players a option to hide their stats from the ubi api (atleast only from other players, they will still being visible by ubisoft devs, ubisoft support, etc).
