how is shroud getting nearly 300 fps

how is shroud getting nearly 300 fps when I basically have the same PC set up as him?

shroud has a literal titan V (3k card) and the top of the line extreme processor the i9 i believe

Just look at my profile you'll see my system, i do get 100 fps on ultra with the texture packs, but still...

Try it without the texture pack, it increases needed performance like 200% but only increases the grapics on weapons like 50%, also turn the settings down at least the not needed ones.

dont use the damn texture pack jezzz i play on max without the pack and im getting 105 130
