It is impossible for someone to chat with your name unless they were using your account.

they can't ban you, they write in chat your name with other words XD

I don't know. I was in game, and playing a round. If I had a RAT on my PC would be able to see someone typing it in. Plus, if sign in from a seperate location it disconnects the other person.
