About STATS NOT UPDATING issue, some observations

About a month, maybe more, ago my stats stopped updating, Ubi doesn't look keen on fixing it and I know this problem hit many players so I would like to share some information that may help. Things that players don't do or don't do often that might affect the problem. All the things I say I'm unsure of it's just because I don't know how long the stats haven't been updating. And of course, I purchased Siege on Steam.


Circumstantial stuff:

-I changed my "nickname" surely 2 times and before that I just changed it once during Op Chimera. ***
-I played the Test Server at least once, maybe two times, to try Grim Sky and some pre patch stuff
-I never had cumulative updates, got the updates as they were released
-I logged into at least 2 other computer in different cities than mine ( one was a friend's house, the other was an esports arena)
-I activated 2 steps verification


About the problem:
-The only things that seem to update are the Name, the Avatar, the Rank and the Level, nothing else is accurate. My WL, KD have been stuck, my OP usage/time has been stuck. I easily check because after hours playing Maestro it still says I played for about 1 minute.
-Ranked WL and KD are wrong in-game as well, they are stuck as the ones in the tracker sites.
-All tracker sites stats are consistent with Ubi's official tracker.

Everyone who is having this problem I encourage you to share if any of these steps represent you, if you also changed nickname, etc. Or if anything else unusual you've done comes to mind. Because I'm getting pretty tired of it.




*** I had to change it from the Account Management page, both the client acc management and the "on the fly" edit in the profile page didn't work. The first one did not accept any name saying it was not allowed (even though they were) and the latter just got stuck loading, every name I tried and both times I tried to change it. The acc management page instead always worked first try

Well so far the only stats that are stil being recorded are the Thunt ones, atleast for me.

I am not sure of that, I had the suspicion but I don't really look at thunt stats, I'll play a few thunts, compare the stats and then tell you cause that is interesting. Thanks

Latest patch notes say the problem will be fixed in Wind Bastion. We can close the thread

From 14/10/2018 my stats is same still now!!!!!!!! 3056 kills then and now 3056 kills !! but my level increased about 30 levels!! this ♥♥♥♥ing♥♥♥♥♥♥is not working near 1.5 months !! i can give u screenshots if u want !!! I searched my stats by rainbow bot in discord !! and its still same like then !!! if u update this game again how do u know my stats in this time because it was not recorded anywhere??????

Dude, everyone knows WHAT is happening and we WEREN'T sure WHEN it would be fixed. Ubi announced 2 WEEKS ago that they'd fix this problem in Wind Bastion

Dude, everyone knows WHAT is happening and we WEREN'T sure WHEN it would be fixed. Ubi announced 2 WEEKS ago that they'd fix this problem in Wind Bastion

The number of kills we did since the bug started will be counted ??

As far I know those stats are lost into the oblivion.
