Decent aim, disgusting gamesense.
Well, i need help.
My raw aim is on a good level, i do not have any problems with aiming at head level, winning duels and my rerflex is not bad as well etc. Muscle memory things are fine.
But i am brick if it comes to gamesense, timing and condition, i mean sometimes i do things so stupid that after i watch kill cam it looks like i'm playing for the first time.
With this comes bad timing, i mean i am looking some doorway, look away for a second and then insta headshot it may be just bad luck but last time i feel it hit me more.

But what's makes me angry the most and i have no idea what to do/how to train it to see the progress, is my condition. One round i may do crazy stuff, get 4k, clutches, beautiful flicks and on, just to go full potato on the next one and just die instantly in a stupid way ( same problem i had in CS:GO, amazing sniper but bot-like movement...).

For now the only thing came to my mind for now is:
:tap: Rewatching matches and see what i did wrong and try not make that mistake next match

:sad_creep:

That's something but knowing me and my luck after i rush i will get trapped in every trap they have and if not there would be that one (or 2) guys that just lost on the map and shot me in my back because they were in some weird spot for no reason (i mean reason is because they lost).

Really man, last game i got killed because guy missed my teammate and i just got killed even if guy had no idea about this untill i said that :')

They're called roamers, and their job is to slow you down and waste your time, or pick you off/hurt you before you can get to the anchors on objective. You need to be careful and sweep the area to make sure you wont get flanked by them.

Well, this was a joke mate (acording to joke on post before), and belive me, when i lost on Villa for the first time i could not be called a roamer back then (even if i killed another lost guy) :P

Well you can use shadow play from NVIDIA or OBS for record your games and see what you did great, and where you made mistakes.
In any case best of the luck in your future practice sessions & matches!

I'd recommend OBS. It has a slightly bigger performance impact, and as good as Shadowplay is, it's not worth the mandatory bloatware that comes with it.

I am using Radeon ReLive, good quality (if that even matters for learning), easy and fast turning on/off and the most important, no performance drop.

Indeed I agree! Anyways @OP could give shadow play a try, and decide afterwards.

Well, i have Radeon so i am not able to use ShadowPlay anyway.
And if i have to choice betwer Radeon's ReLive and OBS i go ReLive all the way. It's faster and easier to get right settings and i have it always enable and ready to do 3 keys combo to activate.

Sounds good. I've never used ReLive, so I can't speak for it, but from what I've seen using the Radeon driver software when working on others' PCs, it's far superior to the "GeForce Experience" (which isn't a very good one).
