Never put V sync on. It will only decrease your FPS by a crap ton.

UNLESS you have GSync, because GSync with VSync is the optimal solution to stop screen tearing.

V-Sync is the function that synchronize the FPS of your pc with your monitor and cap them at 60 FPS. this is useful to prevent stuttering and screen tearing on unstable pcs with frequent framedrops, but if your pc can handle 60-80 FPS without any framedrop then its better to keep it off.

i have been getting a lot of fps problems since the update i get like lag with the fps from time to time so i put it on and it fixed it
