game capped at 60 fps in borderless

i get 110 fps on very high settings in fullscreen, but caps at 60 in borderless mode. help!!

what borderless does is when you minimize it doesnt close ur game, allowing you to still see whats happening in game while you use a 2nd monitor and what not.

change the refresh rate ingame to 144 after u change to bordless

i tried custom resolution using my 75Hz monitor, it caps on 75 fps. it's based on your monitor's refresh rate. you need to set it up manually
