I was permanently banned for no reason.

A couple of days ago i was permanently banned. The email said i was cheating and the use of software, even tho i wasn't cheating at all in anyway or shape of form. I bought the game,Season passes, and in game currency and ubisoft just bans me for no reason. If i was attempting to cheat or use software i wouldn't of even bought any DLC for the game in the first place cuz the risk to get banned. Ubisoft just took my money and said f*ck you. I been playing rainbow six siege for a while now and i never cheated. ubisoft or toxic behavior system doesn't have any proof or evidence that i was cheating so how can it just ban me with no proof or evidence. They put some stupid toxic behavior system that is useless and bans people for no reason. They mainly put in the toxic behavior cuz they want everyone in the community to get along cuz some people can't take being called a rude word or being called a racist word, even tho its over the internet and people talk sh*t on others on the internet all time, but no if its ubisoft they care so much and so worried about there players they got to add in a stupid system in the game, Which Falsely accused me of cheating and the use of software and banned me. basically ubisoft just committed a crime of fraud and if i wanted to i could take ubisoft to court for this, because i bought there product and they denied me of it. There banning system and code of conduct has no proof of me using software or anything to give me advantage over players.

2 :if it really was a fals ban, appeal it, it will go away
3: you probably arent telling the whole story
4: you actuallly cant take them to court, as you signed the tos
5: they dont need evidince
6: if you have a problem with toxic behavior bans, I just assume you are immature, which really dosen't help your case, especially since it is off topic to your ban...
and since you mentioned it, it makes me think you didn't cheat, but got toxic behavior banned

which leads us to 7:
nobody here can help you, and this will only maybe give you a forum ban, contact ubisoft if it was truly false, otherwise one cheater down still some more to go

and considering how you told 8failnt to kill himself, it probably was a toxicity ban

Actually ubisoft keeps a record of all its player logs so yes if they did ban you then htey did have a reason to and have a record of it.

It was a perma ban for cheating, What Software or anything i could use to cheat? can ubisoft answer that? probably not cuz they don't care and don't have anything for proof.

yes, while most of the tos is just overzealous lawyer crap, there are some key parts most online games use, and one being that they can ban you for using cheats or pirating

I DIDN'T F*CKING CHEAT THO, i got on rainbow one day and it says i was using cheats even tho i wasn't. If i was cheating i wouldn't be here on the steam discussions talking about my ban cuz then i would know it was my fault.
