:r6target:Updates are frequently in a month basis.

:r6target:A lot of operators (aka "classes") to chose play & master them.

:r6target:A good quantity of maps.

:r6target:A lot of weapons got really easy to learn recoil.

:r6target:A lot of "goofy" cosmetics.

:r6target:PvP & PvE gamemodes, but it's PvP oriented.

:r6target:No region Locks.

:r6target:Hit boxes were fixed a long time ago (exception being the shield users hit box).

:r6target:The destruction enviroment, provided by the outdated version of the Anvil Next engine this game uses.

:r6target:All weapons attachments are now free for the standart edition or "better" owners.

:r6target:All "base operators" are now free for the standart edition or "better" owners.

:r6target:Got a """"small/medium"""" size Pro League (aka E-Sports).

:r6target:Most of the cosmetics are buyable with reown (the in-game currency adquired by just playing PvP or PvE matches).

:r6target:All DLC ops are buyable with reown for a price of 25k reown each, basically around of 30hs of PvP gameplay or 20-25 hs of PvE gameplay, that is without the daily challenges & uplay challenges reown rewards neither reown boosters. (Anyways you can make around 3900 reown per hour on Thunt aka PvE, if your teammates know what to do & in what map play)

:47_thumb_down:Bad:
:r6target:Azure "meh" tier servers. Basically they aren't the "best ones" neither the "worst ones", but neither decent ones.

:r6target:Hit reg might be wonky in some instances.

:r6target:Dropshotting gives more benefits than cons (Anyways they're still working on a solution to the drop shotting / "dolphin diving").

:r6target:Bullets comes out of the sight of the operator, not the barrel.

:r6target:The peekers advantage is more strong here than in other shooters on the current market.

:r6target:Ranked will be on it's 3rd year on "Beta" since the release of the game, due some issues that should've been fixed a long time ago (for example, a Plat rank player can play in a squad with bronze or copper teammates on ranked and play agaisnt silvers and gold players for "ez" elo boosting for himself of his teammates. Basically the Elo system still need improvements).

:r6target:A "medium" amount of "tacticool" cosmetics for a franchise that always was about "tactical enviroment" of counter terrorist forcers around the world.

:r6target:Cheaters as any other multiplayer game on the current market (atleast this game got a low amount of them), and it seems there's alot of BattleEye bypasses on the internet and the Anti-Cheat could use an update I guess, anyways most of the cheaters i've played agaisnt (137 in total) were banned (134 are actually banned, but idk if they got "2nd accounts" for this game).

:r6target:Lackluster PvE mode, it can use a big overhaul so it's a nice to play like on the older titles on the franchise, for example add a multi obj "mission" on Thunt where you disable 2 bombs, rescue 1 hostage and hold the extraction zone until the extraction vehicles arrives. Or Sabotage missions on the White Masks HQ's (The bots of the PvE gamemode), "intervention" missions where you grab a White Mask weapon dealer to interrogate him, etc.

:r6target:They tend to launch a bit "OP" DLC operators*, for example Frost on release with her "sniper 90" + nitro cell, Valkyrie with her "similar tier to sniper 90" Spas 15, Blackbeard with his 800 hp rifle shield + low recoil + high dmg per bullet SCAR-H, Capitao with his low recoil + high dmg per bullet Para Fal (around 52 per bullet if i'm not wrong) + his frags.
Jackal recoil less C7E on launch, Ela herself on release with her "laser tag" 50 round mag "mini lmg" with almost none recoil.

*Anyways it's understandable launch something OP then nerf it where it need it, since it's more simple than buffing something under powered and "broke" the operator in terms of balancing. But they could be more quick on the "balancing" of the DLC ops** instead of waiting 2 seasons like how they did with Ela.

**Most of the times they balanced them on the Mid season reinforcements, and in some cases they take multiple "patches" to balance them, for example Blackbeard.

:r6target:Limited time paid lootboxes.

:r6target:The "community" (not the steam forums of this game, just the "in-game" community) is almost as "toxic" as the CSGO community, in my opinion. Anyways isn't worst than the LoL community, but it will eventually reach that "level" since they got a plan to continue this game on development until they reach the 100 operators goal (that will be on 2025), the bigger the community, the more probability you can find those "bad apples" on matches.
But hey which multiplayer FPS game not got a "toxic" community nowdays? It's pretty
common.

:r6target:Exploits & Glitches takes time to fix them (Valk cam glitch on Bank, Jager deployable shield on his face, Pulse insta swap with his gadget, Castle "fps glitch" where he can drop the fps of all players on the match due an "overload" of his gadget on the server side, etc).

:r6target:"Spagetthi code"***

u/It's_Epi: "There is quite a bit that goes into the game beyond just an on/off switch for an Operator or a gadget. Many people are citing Hibana as an example of removing an Operator from the game. This is not the same as removing a launch Operator from the game. When we removed Hibana, it was... not eloquent, and caused any players that hadn't logged in prior to implementing that fix to not be able to run the game.
Disabling or removing a launch Operator (Jager, Castle, Doc, etc), would lead to a cascade of other issues, and these would significantly sacrifice the stability of the game. This is why we do not remove Operators or gadgets when a glitch is discovered, and instead focus on fixing it."

*** I know coding is hard, & when you fix some bug you end up broking other stuff or having more bugs in others parts of the code and stuff like that. Anyways hopefully they will fix it eventually.

:r6target:The community in general can be tough agaisnt new players, and not forgive them for "newbie" errors. I highly recommend you play this game with a few friends.

:ops:
Overall it's a good game, that still need to be polished in some aspect, tweaked in others, fix some stuff, etc.
It still got a long time to fix those issues before they got out of hand, and hopefully they will fix them.

Edit:
P.S. Sorry for the wall of text @OP.

Hes using the full title as an accronym.
Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege

I'd honestly say that you should try to get a friend to join you and learn for yourself, it's a high skillcurve and not everything is so easilly explained.
Also ignore Hitdude, there is a lot of trolls on these discussion boards.
