Starter edition to standard?
i bought the starter edition a while ago cuz i didnt have enough money for standard is there anyway that i can upgrade to standard without having to pay full price?

Nope, you are stuck with starter unless you remove it from your account completly you can't get standard edition.
I wouldn't bother either way, game is unplayable right now.

No,in order to purches the standard editions you must perm removed your R6S.After that you can buyed R6S standard editions.

Note:Your all progress still save went you purches standard editions or would you mind to change your account but still remain standard editions.

Yea you have to remove the starter edition ( like you never bought it in the first place ) and buy standard edition for full price

Buy a key from a website like greenmangaming or others and activate it on Uplay. Then install that version, and when you launch it through Steam it will be the standard edition.

You sure about this ? a game can't just skip grades as far as i know
