So basically whats the difference betwen Sidewinder and Black Viper Ash elite skins?

Black viper is avaliable through outbreak packs and has a camo effect on the skin instead of the plain one on sidewinder

one of them is for people who played the game at least once in the the few weeks period before the update.
the other one is from outbreak pack and it has some camo texture, only that's the difference.
