Sledge Elite Has Been Bugged Since Update

So I noticed that I can't equip the Sledge Elite skin itself ever since the update. Anyone else?

Update: Somehow I fixed it by selecting a bunch of other headgears for him, and eventually the option was there.

Are 2 uniforms equipped at the same time?>

Yeah, that seems to have been the problem, two were 'selected' with the dot being on both at once. Swapping headgear in and out like 3 times gave me the option to deselect the Elite and then re-equip with no issues.
