Operators with Passive Abilities?
Just a suggestion, instead of simply having abilities you have to activate, why not have passive abilities as well? Possibly even on top of the active abilities the operators now have?

The game balance is barely holding together with merely the active ones. Adding passive ones will destroy it completely in an instance.

You're right. I just found it strange that the only things outside of their unique abilities distinguishing them from each other are their armor/speed rank. And even then there are only three variations.

Zofia can revive herself
Dokkaebi can hack phones of dead defenders
Ela and Zofia are 50% more resistant to concussions
Echo is immune to being called by Dokkaebi
And Caveria has like 3 abilities at once

There might be more that I forgot to mention, but there's a few passive ones in effect

Good call and these are technically passive skills compensating their active skills. However I get the feeling the TC is asking for universal ones that'll break many of the operators.
