Didn't get my 4 free Outbreak packs?

Anyone else having this issue? My packs aren't showing up.

yep, I've restarted my game multiple times. Haven't gotten them.

I played with a friend yesterday and he said he had the same problem as you are discribing. I got the 4 free packs myself so for me it works.

Check back tomorrow, the 7th, there should be a hot fix with the ash elite skin and the 4 outbreak packs.

They will never fix it, when theyre fixing ash elite wich is free, already 17 hours!!!!

There are other issues than Ash skin or Outbreak Pack
They gonna fix all of the issue in the hotfix that will come today or tomorrow

No there is people who doesn't get the damacus skin of the season pass, there is some operator unlock issue ( people with standard edition now have all of the original operators unlock ) and more important there is a issue on other platforme like PS4 where people have bought R6 Crédits but didn't receive them

To fix a snigle skin they need 17 hours... Even my grandma would do it faster.
Edit: Which other issues!? There is only the outbreak packs issue and Ash Elite.

Taking longer than they should be isn't the same as they won't do it at all. Yes its a bad thing to take this long time to fix a seemingly simple issue but that doesn't necesarily mean they won't.

Here it is tomorrow and still no patch, no packs, no skins, nothing.
To me it looks like theya re taking their sweet time, to force people to buy lootboxes. For all we know they might push the fix back even further.
