Acog whenever possible, flash hider for fast firing weapons, horizontal stock, laser, skin.

Never use a laser

Reflex sight (♥♥♥♥♥♥ love the reflex sight, I even put it on some weapons that can take an acog), muzzle brake for semi autos, flash hider for full autos.
Silencer on attacker pistols and Glaz's sniper rifle (is it actually a good idea to silence Glaz's sniper rifle? I did it because it felt appropriate but I don't know if it offers any actual tactical advantage)

MP5K - red dot + muzzle brake
P226 - laser sight + muzzle brake

C8- SFW - Flash hider + ACOG + Laser sight (for the skeleton key)

I main the red dot and reflex sighs over the holo and acog for some reason. I use the muzzle brake so that the first shot would have no recoil and I could prepare to control the recoil when it starts kicking. Flash hider just because the flash would block my line of sight.

Heres my setup
-Holographic/acog, reflex if neither is available
-No laser
-Angled grip if avaible, otherwise verticle
-Flash hider on most primaries, compensator on super fast ones
-Suppressor or muzzle break on pistol depending on pistol

On the S.A.S. secondary SMG, ALWAYS the compensator. Along witht he vert. grip it's recoil becomes manageable.
